If you didn’t want to take the chance, you might lose a lifetime opportunity. Fine, that you’re not ready yet - but time doesn’t wait for you. That’s why I often don’t think twice when my heart asks me what to do. Such as, falling for you and hoping that it works.
Apparently, you didn’t catch me when I did fall, so now I have to force myself to wake up. It’s a good fall though, and I’ve no regret. I’m hurt, but at least I was brave enough to take the chance. I’m no coward when it comes to love.
And I thank myself for giving myself a chance to be happily in love, even though I failed - no matter how much I have to pay for it later, nor how bleeding my heart is.
